Little Miss Cheesecakes began in 2024, inspired by a simple request from my mum. During lockdown, she asked me to make her a Biscoff cheesecake and that one cheesecake changed everything...
What started as a hobby, quickly became a passion. With every bake, I focused on improving not just the look and decoration but the flavour too. Experimenting with new ideas and discovering what worked best. Over time, cheesecakes became more than just something I enjoyed making. They became something I truly love perfecting.

When I decided to take things more seriously, I had a brain wave. Why not create a build your own cheesecake trailer? From that moment onwards my partner and I, worked tirelessly to turn this idea into a reality. Through hard work, creativity and A LOT OF cheesecakes... Little Miss Cheesecakes Dessert Bar was born.
